To apply to the Piano program simply download the appropriate application forms, fill them out, and mail them to the indicated address (included on the application forms) along with the required materials listed below. You can also request a pre-printed application by contacting us.

All applicants must submit the following with their applications:

• Curriculum vitae, including musical background, formal education, and teachers.
• A recording (cassette tape, DAT, or CD) that includes two pieces that best represent your current level of playing. Label the recording clearly with your name, titles of pieces, and length of each selection.
• One Letter of Recommendation
• $50 Application processing fee (a check or money order payable to European American Musical Alliance, Inc.)
• A self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your materials, if desired.

If you wish to apply for financial assistance you must also include a financial evaluation form with your application. Please note: Only tuition scholarships are available, and awards are limited.
