In 2003 EAMA invited the following guests to give the masterclasses:
- Jean-François Antonioli, Professor of Piano at Lausanne and Geneva Conservatories.
- Bruce Brubaker, Professor at The Juilliard School
- Roy Howat, Professor at the Royal College of Music, England
- Philip Lasser, Professor at The Juilliard School
- Emile Naoumoff, Professor of Piano at Indiana Bloomington and last Nadia Boulanger disciple.
In addition, the following lectures were given:
- Roy Howat spoke on "The Debussy Edition, The Need for New Notation" and "Debussy in Proportion."
- Philip Lasser gave 3 lectures on "The Tapestry of Music: Contrapuntal Analysis of Music from Bach to Debussy."
- Michel Merlet spoke on "The Evolution over 100 years of Variation Sets on a Theme by Pagannini."
